Insight Timer – This is a free app that has thousands of meditations, guided visualizations, talks, music, groups and (of course) a meditation timer.  There are courses available for purchase, but it’s not necessary.  You can also purchase an annual subscription if you’d like to download any of the recordings. I cannot recommend this app highly enough!  I use it every single day.
